Sorry to burst your bubble, but Happily ever after do not exist. That's why you only see it in fairytales. The minute we were conceived, we automatically signed a contract with god or life( for the people who don't believe in god) to go through the rollercoster of living, at every breath we take.
How about a temporary happiness? four things in life makes me happy, even if its only for a short while.
To me, ill take what I can get. to make me happy. Every little thing in life makes me happy, it feels me up, as it only shows that Im easy to please. I feel like a lil girl still learning the wonders of life.
Doing a good deed fulfills my heart. A good deed as in smile and say thank you to the cashier. If you show gratitude, people will feel good. Even this insignificant gesture is apparent in Malaysia. People are just ill-mannered here. Its driving me nuts.
I'm happy when I do things for myself, to pleasure myself. Example, trying to learn french. Yes, I get bored easily, but by the end of the day, it feels soo good because I came to realize that, Hey I did something for myself. Or volunteering. I like walking into St.Nicholas Home to help and learn new things.
I'm happy when my parents are happy. I like to see their smile, hear their jokes and hear them laugh. very content indeed.
All in all, happiness come and go. So embraced it, till it makes you feel delirious at the moment.
